Mark is the Managing Broker of All County Team with RE/MAX Whatcom County; a thriving team of five amazing and caring people. He believes that every client deserves to be treated as if they are buying or selling a million-dollar property.
He is always looking for ways in which he can deliver a better experience for his clients through continuing education. He holds seven distinguished designations including Certified Residential Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert, E-Pro, Multiple Offers Expert, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist.
In his six years as a real estate professional, he has sold an average of 60 homes per year translating into an exceptional breadth of knowledge. He consistently brings that wealth of experience to the unique needs and situations of every one of his clients.
In his first year as a realtor, Mark won Rookie of the Year for RE/MAX Whatcom County and by his sixth year, Mark earned a spot in the RE/MAX Whatcom County’s Top 15 Producers for 2021 and was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for reaching $1 Million in commission.
Mark studied Law, Societies, and Justice at the University of Washington. Before joining the real estate industry, Mark was a branch manager at Vern Fonk Insurance where he learned the importance of building ongoing relationships with clients. It was also at Vern Fonk that he strengthened his belief that regardless of past mistakes and/or poor choices, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Mark loves helping clients fulfill their real estate goals and is happy to help someone regardless of where they might be in the process. He specializes in mapping out the path to home ownership and investment property ownership. He works with many people relocating to beautiful Whatcom and Skagit counties. He also specializes in second homes with many of his clients being Canadian citizens.
Mark loves traveling with his beautiful wife Julie and spending time on the weekend with his six-year-old son at their Glen property. Being a University of Washington Alum and dedicated sports fan, he loves the Huskies and might even try to take you to a home game at the greatest setting in sports, Husky Stadium.
